That's why the Prairiewinds Chapter of the American Red Cross provides emergency relief and communication 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, to disaster victims and the military stationed around the world. The American Red Cross is not a government agency. The Prairiewinds Chapter relies on the generous contributions of time, skills and money from individuals, businesses, organizations and foundations in the community. Neighbors helping neighbors.
